UTC
- Coordinated Universal Time which is GMT(Greenwich Mean Time: Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London)
- To test DateTime Controls with UTC, tester much do as follows.
1.Make an appointment for example, with Local Time Zone
2.Change System Time Zone
3.Change Control UTC according to System Time Zone
- If not, tester will get (Local Time + UTC) for (Local Time – UTC) and (Local Time – UTC) for (Local Time + UTC)

Culture
- There are two types of Culture-Neutral (language only) and Specific (language-country)
- To test DateTime Controls with culture, tester much choose Specific culture for specific date time format to affect
- DateTime Controls do not support Neutral culture because it does not have specific date time format.

Capturing Exception with SngaIt9
- To capture Unhandled Exception with SnagIt9, user must checked "Capture layered windows" in Input Properties Dialog
